The Blossom Girls Outreach Foundation rehabilitates and empowers young women and girls who have been victims of sex trafficking. The foundation achieves this by providing learning and productive employment opportunities, improving their standard of living through skill development programs, and empowering them to be effectively integrated into society. Over the past five years, the organization through her outreaches has reached out to over 400 sex workers in eight different Nigerian states—Calabar, Lagos, Akwa Ibom, Ibadan, Osun, Abuja, Benin, and Ebonyi—and plans to expand to other states.
Our History
The Blossom Girls Outreach Foundation (BGOF) was founded April 29, 2017 to address the victimization and poor quality of life faced by sex workers in Nigeria.
In many states, sex workers are mostly stigmatized, marginalized, and often criminalized. Most of them struggle with mental health issues, addiction, depression, anxiety, abuse, homelessness, and poverty, among many other health challenges.
Most of these girls were sold into prostitution with hopes of getting a decent job, 90% of them truly desire a better life.
We believe that every girl deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and with the help of our outreach and rehabilitation programs, we can provide these girls with the necessary tools to help them blossom, find meaningful employment, and become positive members of their community.
Our mission is to empower these girls to become strong, self-confident, and independent women. We provide these girls with access to educational resources, mentorship programs, and health services.
Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space for sex workers (who quit) to thrive and reach their goals.

The Leadership Team
Founder - Doreen Omosele
Doreen Omosele, fondly called TMA (The Mrs Aaron), is a young woman living with a burning passion to see ladies blossom.
She founded BGOF in 2017 after a wake-up call in 2015 to reach out to sex workers. This call came with a unique heart and love for these girls.
Doreen believes sex workers are made for more, and hidden in these girls are nation-builders and women who will shake their world. She and her team have reached out to more than 400 sex workers in Nigeria.
She founded the transformational house for ex-sex workers – the Blossom House; a Rehabilitation center created for the empowerment of sex workers who quit.
Doreen is a best-selling author whose books written to ladies have transformed many lives. Her book titled “Purple,” written to sex workers in different languages, has brought liberation to these girls. She is a mentor, an entrepreneur, and a creative.
Doreen is happily married to her best friend, Mr. Aaron Omosele.
Chairman - Aaron Omosele
Aaron Omosele is a multiskilled Social Entrepreneur and Girl Child Advocate.
He is the Founder of Englightener’s Concept & Initiatives (a non-profit with a focus on girl child development) and Volunteers Connect (a platform for training, engaging and outsourcing volunteers).
Aaron’s journey into girl child development and advocacy began during his undergraduate days at Obafemi Awolowo University where he studied and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations. His passion for the girl child stemmed from his experience in his locality (Ajah) where teenage pregnancy was rampant.
Aaron Omosele is a Certified Judge with Iridescent Technovation; a global tech education nonprofit that empowers girls and families to become leaders, creators and problem-solvers.

Blossom Girls Outreach Foundation is a foundation saddled with the responsibility of raising a voice of help for girls.
Message
To reach out to sex workers in brothels with the message of hope, gifts, motivational talk and empowerment schemes.
Enlightenment
To reach out to secondary school girls in urban and rural areas to discourage them against sex trade.
Empowerment
To provide skill acquisition programs for the girl child.
Rehabilitation
To create a rehabilitation center where they can blossom financially, emotionally, spiritually and psychologically.
Support
To provide financial support by creating job opportunities and empowerment for ex-sex workers who pass through our rehabilitation program so they can be established in the society.
