Past Projects

Project 200

Project reach out to 200 sex workers is an outreach powered by BGOF to reach out to 200 sex workers across 4 major Cities in Nigeria.

At the end of this project, we would be admitting those who are ready to quit sex work into the Blossom rehabilitation center. If you would like to support this project, use the link below.

Rehabilitate sex workers

The rehabilitation center is a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for these individuals to rebuild their lives and find new paths forward, as well as an incubator to develop 21st-century skills that will set them up for success.

The center would provide young women and girls with residential access for a period of six months while providing resources such as mental health counseling, educational opportunities, and vocational skills training such as graphic design, printing, tailoring, and hairdressing, among others, to help these individuals find a way out of their current circumstances and into a healthier and more productive life.

Secondary School Outreach

We partnered with the Tarf Foundation on International Women’s Day 2023 to enlighten and educate them about the dangers of the sex trade. In addition to this, the Tarf Foundation provided pads and toiletries to these girls, along with other gift items. It was delightful to see the kind of fire ignited in these young ones.

Project 100

In 2021, we organized outreaches to sex workers in Lagos, Benin and Abuja, providing them with health awareness workshops, skill acquisition enlightenment, resources to build their minds and food supplies to cater for their needs. We successfully reached 91 girls and the impact was massive.

During our outreaches in Lagos, Benin, and Abuja, We conducted trainings and health awareness programs, provided resources to build their minds, and provided food supplies to cater to their needs.

About Us

The Blossom Girls Outreach (BGOF) Foundation was established to rehabilitate and empower young women and girls who have been victims of sex trafficking. The foundation achieves this by providing learning and productive employment opportunities, improving their standard of living through skill development programs, and empowering them to be effectively integrated into society.
